THE LAYOUT
This unit is 732 square feet with 1 BR+Den and a sofa bed, sleeps 4 adults comfortably! With the addition of the Den room, 1 child can also be added to the reservation
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
Den: Twin sized Bed (suitable for kids)
Common Space Bed: Queen size sofa bed in the living room
HOME FEATURES
Come visit your home away from home in the treetop escape of Taulswood, a prestigious and beautiful neighborhood in Whistler. Some of the features of this home include: A fireplace, SMART T.V. with Netflix capability (must sign into your own account), Hi Speed WIFI, a great private patio with a large private hot tub to soak in, a communal pool (seasonal) and an additonal hot tub for the complex. A fully stocked kitchen with cooking basics, coffee, tea, oil, salt, and pepper are provided for your stay!
PARKING
Guests can park up to two vehicles—one in our PERSONAL and PRIVATE garage with secure coded access and another directly in front of it.
SKI AND BIKE STORAGE
Our SPACIOUS and SECURE garage isn’t just for parking! It provides hassle-free, ultra-secure storage for your valuable skis, bikes, and outdoor gear, ensuring peace of mind while you enjoy your mountain and lake adventures!
POOL & HOTTUB
The complex hot tub is OPEN year round for guests to enjoy.
The complex seasonal pool will reopen in June 2025.
Guests will have full access to the entire house with their own personal door code
Note: a set of stairs leads down to the ground floor entry.
A private garage/storage is available for all skis, boots, boards, bikes, and other equipment. This has a personal access code and is full use of the guests only (not a shared space).
Guests can enjoy a private hot tub on a private patio as well as access to the complex pool (seasonal) and hot tub.
Please note that this is a quiet residential neighborhood and not a party house. The home is best suited for families or guests looking for a peaceful retreat. We will be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.
Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $105.00 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.
This entire property is NON SMOKING.
Please note that there are stairs to access the unit.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what`s supplied.
Please note that three fire log has been provided for your use. If you would like additional logs, they will need to be purchased (Creekside Market is the closest option).
If amenitiessuch as the pool, hot tub, or ski-in/ski-out access aren`t available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.

- Quiet Time is before 8 AM and after 10 PM
- No Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties
- No Smoking anywhere on the premises (patio included)
-No pets
- No outside stereos or speakers allowed in the home , especially in the hot tub area.
- Hot tub use is NOT ALLOWED after 10 PM.
**In the event of excessive noise, parties, smoking inside the home, or any violation of house rules, the damage deposit of ($ 1000) will be forfeited.**
Only Use Fire Logs provided by the host in the fireplace (do not use regular fire wood)
If the Common Key and Fob are lost, there will be a $150.00 Fine for Replacement
**In the event of excessive noise, parties or smoking inside the home, the entire security deposit will be charged regardless of damages.**

Short term rental guests of less than 30 days may not invite other guests to the pool area that are not residing at Taluswood.
