Stoney Creek Lagoons est un complexe de condos Whistler très populaire en raison de son emplacement central à Whistler Village North. Le Lagoons est situé juste en face de la place du marché de Whistler, de la place olympique de Whistler et du Village Stroll, qui abrite la plupart des nombreux restaurants et boutiques de Whistler. L'accès aux télécabines Whistler et Blackcomb est très pratique par une promenade rapide de sept minutes ou en utilisant la navette gratuite du village qui ramasse les skieurs et les cavaliers directement de l'autre côté de la rue. Stoney Creek Lagoons # 32 est situé dans l'arrière calme du complexe Lagoons et est un condo de location à trois niveaux avec un bain à remous six personnes privé sur le balcon au dernier étage. Ce logement locatif est d'env. 1000 pieds carrés et offre deux chambres à coucher complètes et deux salles de bain complètes plus une cuisine, salle à manger et salon. L'entrée est au rez-de-chaussée qui a une zone de banc et de support de ski pour le stockage de vitesse. Le deuxième niveau comprend une grande salle à manger ouverte, un salon et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Cet étage principal dispose également d'une grande terrasse avec des chaises, un canapé-lit queen size, une chaîne stéréo CD, télévision à écran plat et lecteur DVD, foyer au gaz et un lave-linge séchant. Les deux chambres et salles de bains sont situées au dernier étage, avec un lit Queen dans le maître et un Tri-Bunk dans la deuxième chambre. Une des salles de bain complètes dispose d'une cabine de douche tandis que la seconde abrite une grande baignoire à jets. Le dernier étage abrite également une deuxième grande terrasse qui est accessible par les deux chambres. Ce pont a un bain à remous privé qui offre une vue boisée à l'arrière du complexe. Stoney Creek Lagoons # 32 est un choix fantastique pour des vacances à Whistler et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à sept personnes. Cette propriété est gérée de manière professionnelle avec un service d'assistance 24h / 24 et 7j / 7. 4 th time at the Lagoons
Great properties at the lagoons. Quiet and close enough to the lift and amenities. Parkade spots are a little tight but nice to have a secure bike cage.

This is located in a great place. Close to the village without the noise of the village. You can catch a bus to the mountain just a short walk away. The condo is outdated but clean. Good communication and easy check in.

Great unit.
Walk to the slopes wasn't bad, staff was friendly. Checked in after hours and staff was clueless for that part, pointed us to the wrong building, wrong garage and took 45min. After that, everything was great.

It was a great stay at The Lagoons. The location is very convenient since the village is super close. The unit is very clean and stocked well. Only thing missing for a mountain get away is more blankets to cozy up with so don’t forget to bring those :)! Definitely recommend this place!

Even though this condo wasn't far from the Sea to Sky highway, you would never have known it. It was very quiet inside, and it was pleasant to have the doors open as well when we were there. This condo is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, activities in the Olympic Village and just about anywhere you want to go in both the Upper and Lower Villages. No car needed. The living room furniture and beds were comfortable. Appropriate appliances and utensils were provided for our use. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

First of all let me say that I have been staying at Stoney Creek Properties since the lat 90's. Love the places, love the location. Lagoons 32 was no exception there. Great place! However...the Queen bed was TERRIBLE. My wife and I slept horribly during our stay. Come to think of it the bed in the unit we stayed in during our April 2018 trip sucked as well.

20 years of whistler trips and this was the first where I felt I got something sub-par. Make no mistake, this is a high volume rental property and it shows. Appears there's new carpet which makes me fear for anyone who stayed here a few months ago! Large (2sq ft) cut hole in ceiling in drywall and appears to have been there a while. Large portions of molding around doors missing (visible drywall edges). Mold in showers (really??). Cigarette butt on balcony when we arrived. Wobbly furniture. Graffiti outside. Hot tub dirty. That said, it's still whistler, it was still fun, the snow fell, and memories were made.

We rented this condo specifically to have a hot tub. First night, found a blood stain on the sheets in the bunk bed and a dirty sock on the mattress. Hot tub was filthy: yellow water with algae or other stuff floating in it. Asked it to be cleaned, but no apology or discount offered. Won't rent again.

This spaces says it sleeps six. I think for a family its perfect, but not for 6 adults. Its just too tight. The place was clean, staff lovely. I was frustrated that the kitchen was minimally equipt for cooking. I personally feel if there is a kitchen it should have what i need to make a meal including a variety of pots, pans and knives. I felt like my collage dorm was better stocked. Also, the bath tub plugs doesnt fully close so i didnt get the bath i was hoping for. These are not deal breakers, but i found it frustrating. Also no use of hot tube after 10pm. They strict noise penalties, which i like. Location is awesome! They also let you store your cars on the day of check out and no $30/day parking fee All in all we had a lovely time and enjoyed the same

We had a fantastic time! It is our second stay in this unit and it is very clean & tidy. As it's situated at the back of the Lagoons it's very private & peaceful but very easy access to the village. Only issue would be the resident neighbour taking it upon himself to climb on to our balcony twice during our stay to tamper with the hot tub!! (he claimed it is too noisy at night but we had no issues & it was right beside our bedroom window) Management took care of the situation immediately, they were very kind & unintrusive regarding this. We would definitely stay here again!

The plumber ended up replacing the hot water tank. This was done on the same day as the phone call for them to look at the hot water.

•sink in the kitchen looks awful - its not dirty but looks dirty - i would recommend replacing it with a new one (stainless steel)
•replace all the burned out light bulbs - a lot are burnt out
• i would put a step up stool by the hot tub to make access easier to the tub. Also a door mat at he top balcony so feet can dry a bit after tubbing so carpets do not get wet when going in back in the house. Electronic card key should be replaced with a new one. the one i had stopped working as i was loading car in the underground parking. i was trapped "outside" and my car inside parking with open doors.
