« Clean room staff was great breakfast was good except no biscuits and gravy. Outside pool was small and needed cleaned and didn’t have water circulation which is necessary to keep pool cleaner »

« The room was clean enough, the air conditioning was awful, it was hot in the room. The water was ice cold, the water heaters were not working, so a cold shower was all you got. I have stayed there 4 times in the last year & the pool is closed for maintenance every time. I will not stay there again. »

« Overall, the hotel was mediocre a 1-2 star the furniture (Couch) in the room was filthy I had to put a towel on it to sit, I was on the 4th floor, and I could not connect to the WIFI, so no WIFI as advertised. the refrigerator had a small freezer and in it was a solid block of ice needed to be defrosted which show management is clueless. The towels provided were small and rough as sandpaper, the nightstand top was dirty and sticky. There were a few decent things like the shower and bathroom...

« Room had holes in ceiling, hair in bathroom floor, roaches constantly running across bathroom sink and dresser. Door wouldn’t lock, had to throw my whole body into it to get it to close. Only one light in room worked. TV had 2 channels. Room smelled like Chinese food, bedspread had burn holes all over it and sheets were stained so bad. AC only worked on low. And they only give you one key, made me pay $5 for a second key. Room next door to mine was flooded and they wouldn’t move the girl to...
