« The place is terrible »

« Everything go was great!!! »

« Lisa is wonderful! We needed to get there early to drop our bags off to go to pirates cove and we were able to. We had a late flight, and were allowed to check out late. Property is great. If you want to relax and not be in a crowd, this is the place. Restaurant is good. Never more than a few people on the clean beach. Frequently windy. Water is a little more rougher than grace bay, but still beautiful. I always stay here one or two nights on my trips to t.c.i. for peace and quite. ...

« We had a very positive experience with this hotel. The staff were kind, helpful and very responsive, and the communication was excellent. What particulary stood out was how helpful they were when we needed to arrange a taxi for my sister. Even though I was communicating with the hotel remotely, they were very patient and helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. That kind of personal attention really makes a difference. The hotel is also clean, comfortable, and conveniently located,...

« Magnifique villa! très bien située. »

« Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...
