Beverley by the Beach

Just a couple of minutes’ walk from Whangamatā Beach and only five minutes on foot to the town centre, Beverley by the Beach is all about location. Leave the car in the garage, and enjoy being close to everything Whangamatā has to offer.



This modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably accommodates families and groups of up to 7, with an ensuite off the master bedroom and a thoughtful layout designed for easy holiday living. The open-plan living area is equipped with a heat pump/air conditioning unit, keeping you comfortable year-round, while WiFi ensures you stay connected when needed.



There’s plenty of space on the large, flat section for children to play outside games, or extra parking for the boat. Fire up the BBQ after a day at the beach, then settle in with the selection of board games for a relaxed evening together. A second fridge-freezer in the internal-access garage provides extra storage for holiday supplies, making longer stays easy and convenient.



Wheelchair accessible and designed for comfort, Beverley by the Beach is the perfect base for a classic Whangamatā getaway where the beach, cafés, shops and amenities are all within easy walking distance. Please note - the house was built for someone who used a wheelchair. The ensuite shower is a roll-in shower, and has a hand-rail. There are no hand-rails near the toilets.

Parking: 3+ off street parking space, plus plenty of boat parking. The internal garage can also be used for parking.



*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are nearby and are to be respected at all times.
