« Avoid! We stayed mid-Sept (2026) and were excited to try an adventure of a room 'in a pub'. It was a horrific experience and we departed early. We (3 women) had the courtyard triple room (#23). As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a dampness and a strong smell of mildew. We thought heat would help but the radiator would not turn on; we went to the bar staff (part of the problem is that there is no on-site manager to resolve issues) and the bar staff told us the heat is not turned on until...

« When we arrived, night porter very helpful. The only issue with the room was that the main light did not work which was also connected to the bedside lamps. The breakfast is very good, I ordered poached eggs on toast my son had the small full Irish, Macrina out waitress was very polite and informative. Would definitely recommend it. »

« Nice room but no air conditionning. Parking facilities at low price. Breakfast choice was a little poor for a five star hotel »

« Accueilli par Pauline, la maîtresse de maison. Un thé et du gâteau maison (excellent) nous attendait. Premier contact vraiment top. Chambre propre et jolie, salle de bain sympa. Petit dej en plus mais franchement cela les vaut très très largement : il était excellent, la cuisine était vraiment succulente. Cerise sur le gâteau : les conseils de Pauline sur notre trajet vers Cork (trajet le long de la côte alors que nous pensions simplement prendre la 'motorway') nous ont fait découvrir des...

« From the moment you pull in the driveway you get a sense of calm. The landscape is absolutely stunning. You are greeted at the door by one of the owners. They show you around then take you upstairs to your room. The decor was very calming and having its own bathroom in your room is a great bonus. Breakfast was made to order and prepared by o e of the owners as well. These 2 men have created a BnB that they should be extremely proud of. If we ever come back to this part of Ireland, we will 100%...
