Plumas Chalet 2 bed w/loft 1 bath includes boat slip

Classic A-frame on a quiet private driveway. 300 feet from the lake.
Stairs up to deck and main level. Once inside there is an electric fireplace sofa and TV. The dining area with a table & chairs. The kitchen is efficient with full size fridge, microwave, oven, cooktop and Keurig. There is not a dishwasher. Some guests bring disposable plates, cups and utensils. There is a Queen bed in the main level bedroom. Upstairs there is a queen bed and separate loft. Washer and dryer are in the garage.


Check out the Peninsula market or Holiday market is in Chester less than 10 miles away. Boats can be launched or rented at Knotty Pine or Big Cove for a small fee.
A short drive to Mount Lassen and tons of hiking, biking and watersports.
Winter sports are available as well as a ski resort with a tow rope that is run by the college.

Boat Slip included. April-October
Our HOA includes use of lakefront and lawn.
The association beach area is for day use.
Washer and dryer is available in the garage.
Parking in garage not available.
Owner uses garage space as storage to manage vacation stays.

A-frames are unique and cozy. Floor to ceiling windows provide radient heat. There are steep stairs to the upper level.

We are located in a remote Northern California town and there are very limited transportation options.

No pets.
No smoking.
A gas bbq is on the deck. Propane tanks may or may not be available depending on previous guest usage.
A boat sticker is required when using our boat slip.
