Good Stopover

Our one night stay was above our expectations with a very plesent room overlooking the Church on the hill tea and coffee facilities and comfortable bed Full english breakfast set you up for the day Would recommend any body to stay here

near the beach

room was tired needs a good spuce up. no fire drill instructions.location was in quiet area but we had a problem with local youths till the early hours of the morning. so we would not stay there again

Good comfortable hote

This is a nice friendly hotel. Room was comfortable and clean with modern decor. Only 500 yds or so from the beach and lovely countryside walks. Breakfast was excellent

Great Breakfast...

Stayed for 3 nights, on arrival there was nobody to meet us therefore we had to call the hotel to see when somebody would let us in the hotel......poor really.... Very small room, which was dissapointing as we had requested a king size....but none the less bed was comfy...plenty of tea and coffee, shower was hit and miss to the point it didn't work..!!!! also no glass in the bathroom therefore had to use the cups for a drink of water....not good really..... Breakfast ..... however was a different story....very good indeed...thanks we enjoyed it very much. really nice guy as well...... We would stay again but not in room 1......too small.... Another strange thing with the hotel is that there doesn't appear to be any member of staff staying in the hotel overnight...therefore had the place to ourselves...

Close to where we wanted to be

The hotel was friendly and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here whenever I needed to come to the area. There were no areas to complain about only praise! The food was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable.

The accomodation was good with respect to food and room cleanliness. The location has got some great scenic beauty around which is worth watching...but I was misguided for the following two aspects: 1) The services said complimentary WiFi, but there is no WiFi installed there. Mine was an impromptu trip with absolutely no preparation, and hence was heavily relying on the hotel internet for further planning. Heavily disappointed.... 2) Again, before booking the hotel, the management said that it's about 5-10 mins from the town center, however, it's more than 30 mins walk to reach there.

Relaxed and comfortable

The hotel had a very relaxed feel and is in the quiet end of Weston. I arrived at 7pm and they were a little disorganised not knowing if I had booked or if I had paid but this was soon sorted and I went to the room. I was asked what time I wanted breakfast I said 7:30am but the owner said breakfast starts at 8. We agreed on 7:45! A very clean and modern room - ideal. I went back to my car and the owners said goodbye as they drove off and see you in the morning. I was left on my own in the hotel! a little spooky. I woke at 6:30am with what sounded like a car with the engine running but is was the kitchen extractor fan. A bit earlier than I wanted seeing as I had over an hour to wait for breakfast! and it was worth the wait Another problem was no wifi - this was a BT fault. After saying all this I would still stay again now I know what to expect and I'd probably ask for a room at the front. Stayed June 2011, traveled on business

Old Hall Hotel

Stayed here on business, did not know check in closed between hours of 3pm and 5pm so please be aware of this! I went next door for a pint! It is an OK hotel, wifi access but rooms looked like they had not been visited in ages as there was not enough toilet roll and kettle was filthy! Ok for the price as was very close to my work. Thanks
