« Wonderful, peaceful and welcoming home. Reese Retreat is as soothing as a visit to grandma's. The lake is very relaxing and quiet. The road is a bit winding and long so you will want to hit the grocery store first. We had a very nice stay. »

« The host was nearby and personally greeted us soon after arrival. She was friendly and let us know that she would be on hand if we had any questions or needed extra towels etc. The rental was very well stocked with several little extras that made this stay a delight. »

« I booked this house for a girls weekend to celebrate my little sister getting married. Overall we had a good experience here and would book again. The home was overall clean other than needing a little bit of pest control (large black ants and a singular palmetto bug, nothing crazy). The dock was really nice but the ladder on it was not in good shape so we weren’t comfortable using it. We also didn’t realize that one of the bedrooms only had a skylight and no actual window until we got there. We...

« We loved the wide open view of the sky over the mountain. We watched the sun set while we sat in the hot tub. This little house is just 3 miles from the Hemlock Falls trail, which is gorgeous and ends at a swimming hole. The house is clean, comfy, and a great getaway from the city. »

« Plenty of space for our family of 4 and 2 dogs to fully enjoy our long stay. The beds are comfortable. Very spacious ensuite with a large closet & laundry room. Lots of places to sit, relax and enjoy the surrounding woods. We saw deer roaming everyday. Its in a very nice secluded location. We were staying due to construction happening at our home, but this place felt like a vacation. »

« Very clean. Perfect yet simple house . Very honey and country feel. Reminds me of my grandparents house which was awesome. Owners were told we’d be a late check in and even had the lights left on for us! Made getting in late very easy! We will be back in the spring now that we found this! »

« Our overall stay was wonderful. The property was the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed in...everything we needed was provided and then some. The owners were extremely responsive and our stay was lovely. We would most certainly return in the future. You will not be disappointed! »

"L'hôtel est situé dans un golf au bord d'un superbe lac. Le cadre est très beau. Les chambres étaient propres mais je pense qu'une rénovation sera à prévoir. Seuls regrets : je devais avoir une vue sur le lac et j'en ai eu une sur le parking! et le golf est en travaux ce qui génère beaucoup de bruits toute la journée. impossible de prendre un verre en terrasse par exemple. "
