« Will comeback Really nice place »

« Overall, the property was wonderful my 15 year-old grandson loved going down to the river and walking across on the rocks in the evening we bought a eight dollar pack of four pieces of wood and the front desk had firestarter and loaned us a lighter to start it. Sat by the fire, listening to the river before bed. It was very nice and the front desk had wonderful suggestions for dinner and breakfast was very nice wide selection. The room was very clean. We did have some dirt that may have been...

« Courteous staff and good location. »

« Good hotel with friendly staff. It met our needs perfectly for a one night stay. We came for the concert and this place had a comfy bed and free water which is always a plus. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Good mix of the historic with some modern upgrades. Parking can be a little bit challenging, especially at dinner time. »

« Wow! This is an older motel built in the heart of downtown Sylva. It was remodeled in 2024 and they did an excellent job. Once inside the room, you can't tell that you aren't in a much newer hotel. Mackenzie, the young lady at the desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Everything in the room was in excellent working order and the beds were...

« Nous avons trouvé beaucoup de poils/cheveux dans la salle de bain »

« This property is in a fantastic location! Less than 15 minutes to several different cute mountain towns. The property is nice but the single lane road throughout the property is anxiety inducing and should probably be disclosed in the details. Although set up quite strangely with no sink or counter space in the bathroom, the room was very nice. The ceiling fan was another story. My husband and I agreed that we have never heard a ceiling fan make so many different, strange, loud noises. And there...

« Vatash (if I remember the name correctly) was very personable. Room had good television options. Didn’t use WiFi, so reception was limited. Thermostat control was great. Quiet and safe. Walking distance to Sylva was good. Nice town with good restaurant options. No usb options, so bring a wall outlet adapter. Shower was good. Coffee in room. Sylva is a nice place to stay when visiting Cherokee. Dillsboro nearby. Be back next year »

« The coffee was great! The rooms were not cleaned and the front desk attendant was alone Saturday at 4:45 and we had to go retrieve fresh towels ourselves. »

« Everyone was super nice 😊 »

« Average breakfast Totally over priced »
