The Honey Haven

Nestled in a quiet valley setting, you will find a welcoming little haven in a corner of our honey house. The West Fork of the Kickapoo River is just across the road, perfect for those who love to fish. Wildlife is all around, and you may see our friendly dog Boone in the yard. With beekeeping as our occupation, you will find small touches of that inside the guest house. Two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a kitchen are located upstairs, with a sitting room area on the ground level.
Guest access:
Our guesthouse is a part of our bigger honey facility. The Honey Haven is separated from it with its own private entrance and space. There is a creek on the property, so please remember to watch your small children.

This property was so charming! It appeared to be nearly brand new - very clean and new finishings. The views all around the property were beautiful! Easy to access via keypad and ample parking right outside the unit. Very friendly dog on the property that eagerly greeted us each time we came or went. Huge plus! Definitely would recommend this property!

This is a great place to stay.Quiet and remote. If you’re staying here in the winter you will appreciate the heated floor in the main room. We were greeted by their dog Boone on arrival, who showed remarkable hospitality! Overall we felt like we were at home.

This was an absolutely great place to stay. It was cosy, spacious, and functional.Our adult daughter stayed in one "suite" as she called it, and my wife and I stayed in the other. Our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter live about 5 minutes away from here.The kitchen had a dishwasher and fine cutlery. helpful things since we made all our meal here. The bathrooms had great towels and small touches such as night lights. Each room has individual heating/AC that is whisper quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable.I have to mention the greeter, Boone (the dog). Super friendly. Our granddaughter who is roughly 1 1/2 years old added "Boone" and "stick" to her vocabulary.I could go on and on. Hoiwever, the best testiment I can give is that we plan on staying here again.

As two couples, we enjoyed our getaway weekend at The Honey Haven. We appreciated the new and nicely designed space, having a bathroom with each bedroom, ceiling fans in the rooms, a large eating area, a family room for relaxing, and a huge yard with a lane to traverse. Next time, we'll ask to see the honey-making process!

Through the enchanting rolling hills, you’re fine, Honey Haven. In the heart of the Driftless 
 fishing was terrific! The setting is tranquil and you are greeted by the most friendly and adorable pup. Inside the home is meticulously clean and tastefully furnished. Comfy beds with soft to the touch white linens. Plenty of hot water and large white towels
 only 5 star hotels offer. The kitchen is well appointed and is stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet dinner after purchasing bountiful produce from local farmer owned markets. Be sure to stop at Sunrise Bakery and pick up fresh bread for morning toast and rich Honey Havens own family produced honey
yum! Welcoming community and overall an amazing 4th of July birthday trip
