« The hotel is going through renovations so the lobby area was a little disorganized with building materials around and also in the parking lot. « The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us.
The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. Several items had run out an hour after breakfast had started. I will say there was a variety of breakfast foods.

« The convenience of being close to the event center wasn't worth the price of the stay. Double the price of other top rated Topeka hotels, rooms are clean but very outdated, wallpaper peeling off walls, bathtub old/stained. The rooms all being open to the center bar area makes it very noisy, paper thin walls, you could hear everything. The breakfast buffet was $12/person, and it had the same choices that every other hotel offers complementary. Very cool courtyard, but not worth it, wouldn't stay...

« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean.
