With big lake views, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, flat yard with a variety of yard games, and a dock with lake views and tons of water toys; you can’t go wrong with this lake house dream!

Lake temperature is swimmable from April until mid to late October but this home is great year round! Just minutes from Clemson University this home is the perfect place for those Fall football games, winter basketball games and spring baseball!

Boat rentals are available on the lake or bring your own. If you bring your own then you can launch it at the South Cove County Park about ten minutes away. Boats can be tied up to the side of the dock as there are NO available boat slips on the dock.

Main floor includes one master suite with a king bed, living room, kitchen, laundry room, and the hall full bath that leads into the bunk room which has two sets of twin over full bunks. The main level also includes a covered porch as well as an uncovered porch with access to gas grill.

The lower level includes two separate king bedroom suites, an additional living room, kitchenette and wet bar, ping pong and shuffle board. The lower level also has a porch and access to the hot tub.

A short path down to the lake with access to the two slip dock. Sit by the fire pit, play in the flat yard, enjoy kayaks or paddle boards! ***Golf cart rental is available upon request: for an additional cost and on property use (down to the dock) only ***

Exterior cameras and noise monitoring systems in use on the exterior of the home for the security of the property, guests, and to ensure no unauthorized parties occur. Helps monitor that no guests exceed the max occupancy. There are no audio or video recording devices on the interior of the property.
