Than i beome from the owner a message Apartment 375 wait there almost 15 min. After i called him back he said now Apartment 182. But thats not all. In the Apartment cockroach. Try cancelation over expedia. He call with owner no refund. What this? This is the reason why I left expedia after 15 years...

« I paid, the room was non refundable. When I got to Southafrica Host cancelled and said room was not available and that, I reach out to Expedia for a refund. She was not bothered at all. I asked if she could cancel and she never responded.. To date I still havnt gotten a refund and it’s showing that I stayed at the property. It’s been impossible to get hold of Expedia either. I’v spoken to 3 agents and they all say they’ll get back to me but nothing. »

« The apartment itself was beautiful. Our experience was unfortunately marred by poor access arrangements and a lack of communication from the managing agent. We also experienced significant water outages across Johannesburg during our visit, which, though not the property's fault, definitely put a damper on our trip. »
