You'll have your own private interior space while also enjoying access to the property's lush tropical outdoor area and resort-style pool, which is shared with guests staying in the main home.

OUTDOOR SPACE & POOL
The backyard is where the magic happens. A fenced kidney-shaped pool serves as the centerpiece of this beautifully designed tropical retreat. Lounge in the shaded seating areas, soak up the sun on the deck, or fire up the BBQ grill for an alfresco meal.

**Important:** The pool, backyard, BBQ, and outdoor amenities are shared with guests staying in the separate main home located in front of the guest home. While the guest home itself is exclusively yours, the outdoor areas are not private to the guest home.

If you'd like exclusive use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces, please book our entire compound, which includes both the main house and guest house.

The pool is ready to use as-is. If you'd like the heater turned on for extra warmth (particularly valuable in cooler months), it is available for **$15/day with advance notice**. The heater typically requires 24–30 hours to warm the water.

GUEST ACCESS & CHECK-IN
Guests have private access to the separate Casita, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and interior living space.

The swimming pool and designated outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the main home when the Casita is booked separately.

For guests who rent the main home and Casita together, the entire property, including the pool and outdoor spaces, is exclusively yours.

Self check-in with secure keyless entry makes arrival simple and convenient. Check-in is after 4 PM, and checkout is by 11 AM.
