Each of our two bedrooms is a haven of relaxation, featuring two twin beds adorned with premium linens for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TVs with a Disney+ subscription included. The walk-in closets provide ample storage space, while central A/C ensures the perfect temperature. Nightstands by the beds offer added convenience, and the locked glass doors ensure privacy. Windows with blinds allow you to control natural light, creating a serene ambiance. Pamper yourself in the well-appointed bathroom, which offers a bathtub/shower combo with excellent hot water pressure and a luxurious Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. The single vanity provides ample space, complemented by a mirror and hand soap. We provide bath and personal towels for your convenience, and the window with blinds allows for natural lighting while maintaining privacy.

Kitchen: Our fully-stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern appliances including a 2-door fridge, electric oven, 4 gas stove cooktop, and dishwasher. You'll find everything you need for meal preparation, from a coffee maker and toaster to cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes for four people. Cabinets offer plenty of storage space, and we provide extras like dishwasher liquid and kitchen towels. The breakfast bar with stools adds a touch of casual elegance to your dining experience.

Relax and unwind in our shared outdoor space, featuring a breakfast bar with stools in the kitchen area, two seating chairs on the porch for enjoying the fresh air, and an outdoor table that seats four for al fresco dining. Take advantage of our dedicated laundry space, complete with a washer and dryer for your convenience. We provide laundry pods to make your laundry chores a breeze.

Please note that there is a $100 pet fee if you are bringing your furry friend with you.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
