Pool construction to commence June 2025 so there will be construction outside the unit on some days. Disruptions will be kept to a minimum but some noise or activity may occur during your stay. The mother-in-law suite is attached to the main house. The entrance is on the side of the house, about halfway down the driveway.

There are 2 additional suites in the back of the property, and I live in the main house most of the year. Overall guests are considerate of one another and it stays pretty quiet.

While I live in the front, I keep a busy schedule so I won’t be up in your business :) But, I will be right on top of it if you have any issues during your stay!

Please note - This is an older neighborhood but it is incredibly safe, we have no crime here. The location is incredible, less than a mile to the intracoastal and the bridge @ Mar-a-lago to Palm Beach Island.

Quick and easy access to Palm Beach Municipal Beach, Lake Worth Beach, and our incredibly charming downtown West Palm Beach. Under 10 minutes to the airport. Uber typically arrives within 5 minutes.

Washer/Dryer Usage Notice
Please note that the on-site washer and dryer are available for minimal use, limited to guests staying one week or longer and to be used only during the designated hours:
Morning: 7 AM - 10 AM
Evening: 7 PM - 8 PM

** Long-term stays: I require cottages to be fully cleaned and sanitized weekly for long term stays. The cleaners will change the towels and bed linens, and respectfully clean around your belongings. Cleaning will take place weekly in the afternoon starting one week from check in date, unless otherwise discussed.
