Sylvan Lakes Quiet Place

**Please read full description** This is a 1 1/2 story home that I stay in when I am not traveling for work. It is not a shared space so you will have the house to yourself, however upstairs is off limits to guest. You will have access to everything downstairs which includes guest bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, living room and a fully stocked kitchen.

I do have a husky named Kanyon that will be at the house even when I’m gone, until I can get completely moved. So if you aren't dog friendly this is not the place for you. She is very kind and self-sufficient with automatic food & water and a doggie door. You can give her treats if you'd like. Just keep your bedroom door closed while you're gone if you don't want her in your room. I keep her out of the bedrooms and off of the furniture. She’s very well behaved and great with other dogs. If you are planning on bringing a pet you must have my approval first. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. The back yard is fully fenced in but there could be areas a small dog could escape so you may want to check it before releasing your dog.

This home is in a very quiet, safe subdivision. It's safe to walk the neighborhood. There's also a playground at the entrance of the subdivision you could walk or drive to.
Town is only about 5 mins away. There are many restaurants that deliver if you like to stay in. Check out my guidebook!
