« Adorable apt in downtown Troy. Charming and clean, thoughtfully appointed and terrific location. Would stay again and recommend to others. »

« Was clean, the building was pretty neat. Traffic can be a little noisy but didnt seem to bother us too much. »

« Got in late, but our room was ready and quiet. The shower had good pressure too. Free WiFi worked well for catching up on emails before bed. Really appreciated having a private bathroom after a long day. »

« It's an easy place to get around alone. Everything you need is close by, so no hassles getting to places. »

« Two nights spent peacefully, plenty of small details impressed me like fresh toiletries each day. »

« Clean, comfortable space. Communication with host was excellent. »

« This is our second stay in this house, but first time in this apartment. The property is charming, comfortable, and quiet. 10/10 »

« My wife and I stayed in one of the wagons located in Arcanum. It was a great stay. Peaceful, quiet, and just a great experience! We would stay again. »

« Horrible!!!Unclean and not even the same room as listed. The shower was disgusting and the water took an hour to heat up. Everything looks okay upon first glance but if you look closer it’s disgusting! Stains and hair from previous guests. The walls in the bathroom are separating. The host has not been helpful upon our complaint! Don’t waste your money »

« Great place to stay! Amazing location! Beautiful house! »

« House was very nice but the steps were steeper than we expected. Fitting for the period of the house though. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect location and great pricing. »

My biggest issue was the bedroom, there was a bed and 2 small wire racks. I had to continue move my suitcase from floor to bed and back. No place to sit you suitcase on, no coat hangers And the bed is very high which I had difficulty getting in. Was just ok for the money , won’t return due just a number of things that made our stay uncomfortable »

« The room was clean and looked just like the listing photos. Really great option and well priced. »

I initially tried to make the best of it since I had already paid in full. The next day, I contacted Laura because the Wi-Fi was unreliable for work and shared photos of several maintenance and cleanliness issues. She apologized, offered a 10% refund, and suggested I contact VRBO for a full refund. After reviewing my photos and messages with Laura, VRBO...

« Paper thin ceilings and walls. Could hear the neighbors all day and night. Made it hard to sleep. There are lots of cats surrounding the building and on top of any car that parks on the back row. Some man was out sprinkling food along the grass area. Would not stay here again. »
