Located across the street from Greenwood Lake, this home boasts large bedrooms, a large chef’s kitchen, olympic sized, non heated, salt water swimming pool, 2 gas grills and outdoor entertainment center, indoor/outdoor Sonos system, pool table, & an indoor pickleball court! AT trail and parklands for hiking nearby, and 15-30 minutes to fantastic, family friendly ski resorts, 5-10 minutes to waterfront restaurants, boat rentals and more! 



3 night min. Memorial Day - Labor Day & 3 day holiday weekends including Thanksgiving & weeks of Christmas/New Years , Columbus Day & Presidents' Day Weekends, MLK weekend. 

Up to 16 guests included for advertised rate. All overnight guests over the 16 count will be an additional nightly rate of $75 per person, per night. Private events & event fees (which includes in house rentals) must be discussed & authorized by management in advance. Up to 2 dogs are allowed at additional assessed rate of $125 per dog, per stay. There is ample parking in front (7 spots) and by the garage (9 spots). There are also 2 designated parking lot areas for additional parking..
