« Very clean, ranch style, cozy place. Owner thought of everything a guest would need. Readers, books, games, plenty of towels, blankets etc. Loved it. Owner checked in on us since there was a storm that Sunday. That was a nice touch. »

« The house was very cute . I did have to reach out to the owner since he had not sent me the info to check in . Also he had forgot to have it cleaned so it was a delay in getting in the house . Around 20 min . You should back into the drive way . I couldn’t imagine backing into to the busy road out front . The house was very cute . The hot water was hot ! And good water pressure . « Overall the place was nice and conveniently located outside downtown. Located on a very busy street and the grounds of the property needed some attention. The towels were left in the dryer and not enough of them. Still was a nice place to stay. »

« Spent three nights in early May 2024 in this new house located in a quiet community of new homes. Pristine condition and perfect size for our party of four, in town for a funeral. Within a two mile radius of Lafayette’s main thoroughfares like Ambassador Caffery Pkwy, and Johnston street. We ventured out to nearby restaurants for local delicacies: Lagneaux king of seafood- for crawfish boil, and Don’s seafood- for Gumbo. Some in my party reported scarce toiletries ( Towels, washcloths, etc…)...

« As advertised. Comfortable with plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice addition. It was a little chilly to swim but we had a picnic lunch on the deck. Our daughter and her kids were staying at a nearby RV park and came over several times. Only negative was the playhouse that was in poor condition and maybe a bit unsafe. I would recommend fixing or removing it. »

« Close to UL for Graduation. Close to great Restaurants, grocery store and nail salon :). The house is beautifully decorated and everything we needed was provided and available to us: coffee, washer & dryer, extra supplies. Everyone enjoyed it. Thank you! »
