You`ll enjoy stunning country views overlooking the Wabash while being just minutes from Purdue`s campus, Happy Hollow Park, and Downtown Lafayette! Directly across from the Wabash River. Just a few minutes from Happy Hollow Park, Campus, and Downtown Lafayette. Room for 3-4 vehicles on level ground and a few on single lane drive with steep incline - no garage access or parking in the grass.
-Check-in: After 4:00 PM
-Check-out: By 10:00 AM
-Self check-in is available via smart lock.
-No parties or events permitted.
-Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. No exceptions.
-Exterior security cameras are installed at all entrances for property monitoring and guest safety.
-Please flush only toilet paper. Flushing wipes (including “flushable” wipes), feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials is strictly prohibited.
-No smoking or vaping inside the home. No exceptions.
-The fireplace is not available for guest use.
-Parking is available for 3–4 vehicles on level ground. Additional parking is available on the driveway, which has a steep incline.
-Please do not park on the grass.
-Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book the property.
