Living Area

Unwind in the bright, open-concept living room, complete with a plush sofa and cable TV for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favourite shows. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six, making it easy to gather for meals or game nights.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen features a large island with plenty of prep space and modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Whether you`re preparing breakfast or a family dinner, you`ll have everything you need.

Private Balcony

Take in beautiful lake and pool views from your private balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee at the outdoor table, or fire up the BBQ for an evening meal while soaking in the Okanagan scenery. The patio overlooks the pool and lake!

Bedrooms

This spacious condo offers three comfortable bedrooms, ideal for families or groups. One guest bedroom feature a double bunk bed with the desk and chair. The second bedroom has a queen bed and dresser, while the primary suite includes a king bed, TV, private ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access for peaceful mornings overlooking the resort.

Bathrooms

The main bathroom includes a full bathtub and shower, while the primary ensuite provides added privacy and convenience for your stay.

Included Amenities

At Sierra Vacation Rentals, we provide the essentials so you can travel light. Your stay includes toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent.

Additional conveniences include secure keypad entry, a resort fob for access to the pool, hot tub, fitness centre, underground parking, washrooms, and showers. You`ll also have a private in-suite washer and dryer for added comfort during longer stays.

House Rules

Please note that this property is not pet-friendly. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the condo or on the balcony. Guests who wish to smoke must do so off-site.

Seasonal Amenities: The outdoor pool and hot tub are typically open from mid-May through early October. Opening and closing dates are determined by the resort strata and may vary depending on weather and maintenance schedules.

Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the private beach, gym, pool, and hot tub. You also have access to one underground parking stall. If your vehicle does not fit then you will need to park in the overflow parking lot or residential parking. This is first come, first serve.

Please note that I do not have control over the maintenance or closures of the common areas and amenity center. The strata makes every effort to maintain these facilities to the highest standards, which may result in unexpected closures for maintenance.

The pool and hot tub are generally available from late May to early October. Unfortunately, I do not control the specific dates for their opening and closing. Thanks!

The Westside Wine Trail is a newly renovated area that features a collection of wineries offering tastings, tours, and picturesque views of the vineyards. In addition to wine tasting, Barona Beach Resort offers an abundance of outdoor activities that allow guests to experience the natural beauty of the Okanagan Valley. The area is known for its fruit stands, where visitors can pick fresh fruit or purchase locally grown produce. Two Eagles Golf Course is a great spot for families, offering stunning views of the lake and mountains, as well as a bistro with outdoor seating.

For those who enjoy hiking and biking, the Okanagan offers a wide range of trails to explore. The Bear Creek Provincial Park is a popular spot for hiking, with a trail that leads to the scenic Bear Creek Falls. Cyclists will enjoy the Okanagan Rail Trail, which spans 50 kilometers and offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Water sports are also popular in the Okanagan, and guests can take advantage of the lake with activities such as kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. For those seeking a more thrilling experience, parasailing and jet skiing are also available.

Getting around from Barona Beach Resort is easy and convenient. Guests can park their car in the secure underground parking spot provided and explore the area by car.

Pets are not permitted for short-term guests due to strata regulations. We appreciate your understanding as this is strictly enforced. Please note that any violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Thank you for your cooperation.

Barona Beach is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco,
cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the units, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone at Barona!

Our properties are best suited for independent travellers who are comfortable with a self-guided stay. While we are not a 24/7 concierge service, we are committed to being responsive and resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly ask that all guests plan to check in before 8:00 PM whenever possible. Calls and after-hours assistance after 8:00 PM are reserved for emergencies only.

Prior to check-in, guests receive detailed arrival and property information to help make their stay seamless. Each property also includes a comprehensive welcome book with everything you need to know about the home, including Wi-Fi information, property details, helpful instructions, and our recommendations for local restaurants, activities, attractions, and services.

Our goal is to provide everything you need in advance so you can settle in comfortably, enjoy your vacation, and make the most of your time in the area.
