Other reviews are accurate, place is a little chilly, stairs are steep, and you can hear people occasionally walking upstairs (completely tolerable and that's all you could hear). We would definitely stay there again! »

« This house is conveniently located near the Intermountain medical center. Easy communication with the property manager. The kitchen is fully equipped but the living room would need to be refurbished (the sofas were very uncomfortable). Also, there are several big dogs in the garden next door, not suitable if you have kids or if you're a lightsleeper -- they tend to bark early in the morning and late at night. »

The house also has a basement unit that you share parking with. We were in a truck and it was very difficult to park, a truck didn’t fit well with way they have parking set up.
