« We were in East Aurora for just 2 days, so we were looking for a nice place to stay that was reasonably priced. This property fit perfectly. We stayed in room C, which definitely has a great "man cave" feel. Great, comfortable couch and beds. It also has an amazing sun room with a dark rustic feel. Host was very nice and responded to questions quickly. Definitely recommend this property! »

« This home was perfect for our weekend event at the fairgrounds. The house is really cute inside with some "old-home" touches that were nice with a fair amount of updates also. I will say that I was only unpleasantly surprised by the number of spider webs and spiders throughout the house...made my daughter a little anxious to sleep. The kitchen also had an issue with ants.Overall the stay was good, I think it just needed a good cleaning of the high spots. »

« Great life experience. House is legendary. Kurt is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues. Only thing I’d tell future visitors is this is a classic northern home without hvac and I’d have a fan for your room to sleep in if you like it cool. We opened windows and it worked just fine. « We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay! »

« On our trip to Vermont we wanted a comfortable place to stay half way. This was a great find. The apartment was very clean and had lots of room. Upgrading to the apartment with the fenced in yard was a treat for our dog, Percy.
