Recently Renovated Townhouse in Private Village On VT-100 (5-min to Mount Snow)

Cozy 2-bedroom townhouse with private deck and backyard access, only 5 minutes away from Mt Snow!

After staying in our fair share of disappointing vacation rentals, we decided to create our own space that reflects our values for an ideal vacation home, prioritizing safe travel, cleanliness, and comfort (and cuteness!).

Safe location close to attractions: We are in a private village in West Dover right off VT Route 100, which is always the first to be plowed and salted during snow storms and also the road used by the free MOOver public bus shuttles. We are roughly 5 minutes from Mount Snow, Sitzmark Golf Course, and Mount Snow Golf Club; and we are less than 15 minutes from the Wilmington Main Street shopping district, Harriman Reservoir Lake, Hermitage Golf Club, and nearby trails.


Guests will have private access to their unit, including the private deck and covered porch. They will also have shared access to the parking lot and the 2 acres of surrounding land, including a firepit in the backyard.

Renovated rustic townhouse:
+The two bedrooms have dedicated heating units with individual controls, and feature hand-painted murals by a local artist as well as backyard views.
+ The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven as well as a microwave.
+ The living room area includes an electric fireplace and smart TV, which can be viewed from the futon couch, or swiveled to face the extendable dining table.
+ The bathroom, which is accessed from the living room area, has a rainfall shower stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. A hairdryer and towels are also provided.
+ The mudroom, from which guests enter their units, includes a dedicated rack for drying wet boots and gloves.
+ The outdoor private areas include a deck with a Weber grill, in addition to a covered porch with a ski and board rack.
+ The unit is located on 2 acres of unfenced land, with a small pond in the back.

If you have a car, parking should be pretty easy in all of Dover since every building has its own parking area.

There is a free public transportation shuttle in Dover called the MOOver bus. The 7 line goes from the Shaws in Wilmington (south of Tollgate) all the way to Mt Snow (north of Tollgate). The closest official MOOver bus stop is Mt Snow Marketplace, which is a 10 minute walk north (on your left exiting Tollgate). However, MOOver buses will stop for you along their route as long as it is safe to do so!

To get to Mt Snow, you can exit Tollgate and (carefully) cross the road, you wait for the MOOver line 7. In the winter months, a ski rack is located at the back of the bus. Be sure to load your ski before getting inside.
