  • Stunning South Village Road beach house just steps to the ocean sand and with views of the ever changing marsh and scenic Swan River as it flows into Nantucket Sound. This charming home features 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, and comfortable outside spaces with roomy deck and patio. The spacious living room gleams with beautiful fir flooring and offers a great gathering space. The airy eat-in kitchen has the same unique flooring with great cabinet space and silestone counter tops. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor with its own bath, and there is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. The second level of the home has central air conditioning. The main level has a split air conditioner in both the living area and main level bedroom.

    Special Notes:
    -TV in living area and master bedroom have cable. Three of the upstairs bedrooms have ROKU TV only.
    -This home has stand up showers only. No bathtub. No washer or dryer available at this property
    -PLEASE NOTE: CHECK OUT FOR THIS HOME IS AT 930 AM.

Exceptional Property For Large Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we chose this property for our family's reunion at the Cape. It has a spacious kitchen, with a large table for family meals. For us the living room is our favorite part of this home because it provided a comfortable place where all our adults could visit while our grandchildren could safely play at our feet. The side deck was also a favorite for our breakfasts together. The parking area provided a safe area with easy access to our vehicles.If you are looking for a family getaway near the ocean with a very nice beach and access to a small inlet (which the children loved) this property is an exceptional location and value which we highly recommend.We usually stay a different property very close by however at the last minute it was not available. The staff at Martha Murray worked extremely hard to find a location where our large family had a place where we could be together. My wife and I have been coming to Cape Cod for the past 48 years and there is the only agency we have come to rely on to take care of our family's vacations - Martha Murray Vacation Rentals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay on South Village Rd. Beautiful home that has a nice sized downstairs for a cape home! The four bedrooms upstairs are pretty typical in size. Most Cape rentals only have 1 bathroom, but this one has 2 full and a half bathroom, plus the outdoor shower, for rinsing after the beach, that is only about 100 yards away. Plenty of parking to fit four cars, if you share with friends or family, so you don’t have to pay the beach parking $30 per day!!! Highly recommend this home.
