The Space:

This charming home in the historic district of Dennis offers a quintessential Cape Cod experience on the banks of the Bass River. The living room features classic knotty pine walls, hardwood floors, a cozy gas fireplace, air conditioning, and a flat screen television. Large sliding glass doors open onto a private patio equipped with a grill and an outdoor shower, providing direct access to a 185 foot pier. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, air fryer and all necessary cookware, complemented by a dining nook with water views. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen pillow top mattress, air conditioning, an electric fireplace, and a television, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds and air conditioning. A full bathroom with a tub and shower combination serves the home. Guests enjoy access to a small tidal beach for launching kayaks and canoes, and the property is conveniently located just minutes from West Dennis Beach and local shopping.



This property also comes with access to Yarmouth Country Cabins about 10 minutes down the road. Featuring a heated salt water outdoor pool, bocci ball court, volleyball court, playground, and grilling areas. Contact the host for details and passes!



For the 2027 summer high season (June 18 - September 6) we are currently only accepting 7 day/ 6 night reservations, we will open up reservations less than this in March of 2027 based on availability. If you would like to be put on a waiting list for reservation lengths less than this please contact us.



Guest Access:

This is a townhouse located on a private cul de sac, there are a total of 5 properties on the cul de sac. The properties all share the dock, beach, parking, and dumpster. Includes one parking spot in front of the house. Guests may use the pier for relaxing, but must stay off the boat docking area. There is a small beach at the house, however it is no a "maintained beach" and conditions cannot be guaranteed.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: All dogs must be leashed at all times outside. Please be courteous of others, dogs must be well trained and not disturb others during quiet hours. Dogs and Cats must have current rabies shot, and flea and tick prevention. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet applies. If bad reports from neighbors of barking and howling, you must be able to respond immediately. Guests arriving with pets may be asked to leave the property if pet is causing issues with the neighbors. There are no refunds for stays that have been asked to vacate. This is a tight spaced community. Vacationing with a pet is a big commitment and we strictly enforce this policy. Please bring good family pets. More than one pet? This will need an email from the owner that pet fee was paid and pets were disclosed to the owner inside your reservation portal. Always provide your pets breed as we screen the 10 most aggressive breeds from staying with us.
