« The property manager we were put in touch with was lovely, and I appreciate her responsiveness. Otherwise, some aspects of the stay were not ideal. We were stopped by other residents of the building on a few occassions and told that the unit was not a legal short-term rental (I have no idea if that is true or not), but it made us feel very uncomfortable. The check-in process was also a bit sub-par; I had asked the host if I could have the address in the morning of check-in so that I could...
