« Check-in and Check-out were very simple and hardly required any effort. We had two adult couples and 8 teenagers in the main house and West Cottage. We didn't rent the East Cottage. The house was a perfect fit for us. Modern, updated, clean and plenty of room for the twelve of us. « this was a great home , great outdoor space with amazing views of the water. Home was well kept with all amenities and well stocked kitchen. very quiet and private location. Loved the outdoor shower! We were in the water almost everyday. It can be a little rougher when the wind is up but we were prepared for that and water shoes are a must going in but were also warned alerted to this and came prepared. would definitely consider staying here again. « This was our first trip to Grand Cayman. The house and property was perfect for us. It’s centrally located and we rented a car, so we split our days between Rum Point and Seven Mile Beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner even purchased us a beach cabana when we asked if there was one at the house. It came in very handy on Seven Mile Beach as did the provided beach chairs, floats, cooler, pool noodles and sunscreens. We had a wonderful week! »

« The house was amazing! You could not want for anything. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely clean and plenty of towels were provided. We truly did not even need to leave the house it had so much to offer. Pool and spa were great but the view, beach, dock, gazebo were the best parts. We saw, turtles, a barracuda, two live conch, a Green Moray eel, an iguana, even a huge porcupine fish! The only thing we did not get to experience was the bioluminescence as it was full moon the week...

« Very quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of town. We stayed with kids and parents and loved the proximity to wonderful restaurants/attractions but also the distance from the capital city. The house was spacious and clean and I would recommend to anyone looking to stay on the north side. »
