Notre magnifique cottage en bord de mer est situé directement sur Seven Mile Beach, sur Boggy Sand Road, à West Bay, qui fait partie de la visite à pied historique des maisons caïmaniennes par le National Trust.

Le cottage est nichĂ© au milieu d’arbres fruitiers Ă  la pointe de la mer, Ă  l’extrĂ©mitĂ© nord de notre cĂ©lĂšbre plage Seven Mile Beach, dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme et haut de gamme, loin de l’agitation des principales zones de villĂ©giature. Certains des sites de plongĂ©e les plus populaires de l’ouest de Grand CaĂŻman se trouvent juste au large des cĂŽtes. Il existe Ă©galement des rĂ©cifs moins profonds pour la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e avec le cĂ©lĂšbre cimetiĂšre de corail situĂ© Ă  quelques centaines de mĂštres au sud de nous! Pour les habitants, la plage ou la grande terrasse extĂ©rieure, Ă  l'ombre des vergers, constituent le cadre idĂ©al pour savourer un bon livre et une boisson rafraĂźchissante. Repos et dĂ©tente sont garantis dans ce confortable bungalow en bord de mer!

L'unitĂ© dispose de deux chambres Ă  coucher, toutes deux avec une vue magnifique sur la terrasse privĂ©e, la plage et la mer, et chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privĂ©e. La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e a tout le confort de la maison et vous permet de rester et de cuisiner votre repas prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© ou de garder votre boisson prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e au frais pour votre retour d'un repas en ville, dans l'un de nos nombreux restaurants de classe mondiale! La terrasse extĂ©rieure privĂ©e et spacieuse vous offre un espace paisible pour vous dĂ©tendre, profiter du soleil, lire votre livre prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© ou tout simplement regarder les bateaux passer et ĂȘtre fascinĂ© par la vue spectaculaire de Seven Mile Beach!

À 5 minutes Ă  pied, vous trouverez un dĂ©panneur oĂč vous pourrez acheter les produits de base, ainsi que quelques restaurants locaux. À une courte distance en voiture, vous trouverez une grande Ă©picerie et un magasin d’alcool, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants (Macabuca, The Cracked Conch, Villas Pappagallo, Alfresco, Calypso Grill) et de nombreuses activitĂ©s telles que le centre de la tortue CaĂŻman, Dolphin Cove, la plongĂ©e sous-marine, Stingray Visites de la ville.

Always a paradise vacation house! 5 stars!!!

Stayed in this same house for the last 3 years and I qcouldn't ask for a better choice. Only steps from the ocean with great views and all the amenities you need. I will definitely be returning this same house in the near future. No complaints! I highly recommend!!!

Another amazing vacation.

This was our second stay at the cottage and it is still our favorite place on the island. We had a rental car so we explored the island during the day and had this quiet oasis to return to in the evenings. Love it.

Ultimate relaxation

Although the house and deck were terrific, we spent most of our time snorkeling the reefs right outside. Perfect little house where we stocked up at the awesome nearby grocery store and cooked all week. No crowds, no restaurants, no tourists traps. Just an awesome stay for some peaceful R&R.

Second time is a charm

We stayed here for a month previously and came back for three weeks which is telling. Excellent location to grocery and the north side. A fabulous restaurant is a 2 minute walk, The beach in the back is ever changing, always sand for chairs etc, walking in sometimes can be slightly rocky one ay, sandy the next. Very good snorkeling right off the property. Beach is pretty private. The house needs updating on the inside as its getting a little long in the tooth, but very Caribbean, it is not a gleaming condo. We would definitely come back.

Perfect stay on seven mile beach. View is stunning with snorkeling and relaxing on the beach behind the property. Very clean and relaxing with comfortable mattresses. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great

Excellent location and clean, comfortable cottage. The cottage is compact, but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. The highlight is definitely the patio and deck. Wonderful ocean view and easy access to the beach/water. Air conditioning/multiple fans in the cottage was great as well, to cool down during the days. And listening to the ocean waves at night was a pleasure. Just remember to bring bug spray, as they were a small issue after dark. All in all a wonderful stay at the cottage.

Great views perfect location

The view was fantastic. We love to snorkel and the best shore snorkeling was right outside our location. You need to swim out quite a ways toward the white bouys and there is a reef with tons of fish. It was like swimming in an aquarium. The house is small but we were outside all the time except to sleep. The doors to the bedrooms and bathroom are glass. We put up paper on the bathroom door since you can see into it. Other thsn that the house was perfect. Would recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nautilus Cottage. Perfect for our small family of 3. Location was wonderful, quiet little street, and the backyard is the sea! Not far from amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Nautilus Cottage. The property was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed many evenings on the deck overlooking the ocean. The beach is just a few steps away where you could snorkel. The neighborhood seemed very safe with a nice grocery store two minutes away. Lots of great restaurants nearby. If you want more action then you might want to stay further down on 7 mile beach, but if you're wanting some rest and relaxation then look no further. Thanks to Beth and Shirley for the amazing stay! We will definitely be back to Grand Cayman.

Almost perfect

Our group had a wonderful time at this home. It is at the end of 7 mile beach, so away from crowds. The outdoor furniture and hammock was put to great use. And the snorkeling out in front of the beach was the best on the island. The properties on either side of the home actually connect to this rentals decks. Luckily the groups on either side were nice. The house inside does seem somewhat dated. One negative was that all the interior doors are glass (even the bathroom) which makes it slightly uncomfortable when going with another couple. Also, the beds are listed as king and full but are only queen and full. Other than that we loved the property and the ease of snorkeling.

Gorgeous View

We were a group of 3, and loved every minute at this cottage. It was clean, cozy and had an amazing view with snorkeling available just outside the door. There isn’t a working TV in the home so if you need that then elsewhere might be better but we were content with hanging outside on the deck or going on activities in the area.

Perfect place right on the ocean

Perfect location with great restaurants and grocery near by, yet away from the higher traffic areas. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. You can’t do better than the deck overlooking the ocean with easy access to kayak and swim. It was very relaxing and peaceful. The small “shed” looking structure of the same color right next to the house is actually a separate studio Vrbo rental which surprised us and made for a very close neighbor with a connected deck. Luckily we had a great renter next door. The house was well stocked but short on seasonings other than salt/ pepper, and short on Tupperware. There was no kayak as seen in the picture but we were able to rent one. We very much enjoyed the house and would go back.

Ultimate beach bungalow

The pictures are very accurate. This is a special property right on the beach. The tide pulls sand in and out so highly recommend water shoes behind the house. It is gorgeous swimming and snorkeling right behind the house. There is a very sandy beach 5 minute walk away. It should be noted there is a one room guest cottage that looks like it is part of this rental and shares the deck to a degree. Others were there for part of our stay. Beth the long time owner of the properties is across the street and was always asking if everything was good. Very well taken care of property and an amazing location.
