The Space:

Open-Concept Living Area & Patio: The open-plan living and dining area offers panoramic ocean views. Contemporary furnishings create a soothing coastal elegance. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliders open to an expansive private patio and garden overlooking the Caribbean Sea – complete with outdoor dining table, hammock and loungers. Kitchen & Dining: The sleek modern kitchen is fully equipped for gourmets and entertainers. It features high-end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island. Quality cookware, dishware, a coffee maker, and more are provided. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This condo offers three tranquil bedroom suites, each with its own en-suite spa-like bathroom​. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds with hotel-quality linens for a blissful night’s sleep. The master suite opens directly to the oceanfront patio, so you can wake up to sparkling sea views and step outside for a breath of morning ocean air. Its en-suite bathroom boasts a dual-sink vanity, backlit mirrors, and an oversized glass fronted shower. The second king bedroom is equally inviting, with an en-suite bathroom (shower), similar to the master bedroom. The third bedroom offers two twin beds – perfect for children or friends traveling together – along with its own en-suite bathroom (bathtub). All bedrooms have ample fitted closets. Plush bath towels, toiletries, and beach towels are provided for your convenience. Guests will have full private access to the condo during their stay, as well as use of all Sunset Point luxury amenities:

The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood surrounding our condominium offers a delightful blend of natural beauty and convenient amenities. A short distance away, you can unwind at Macabuca, a popular oceanside bar and grill, perfect for enjoying a drink or a meal with a view. For beach enthusiasts, Cemetery Beach is within easy reach, offering pristine sands and excellent snorkeling opportunities. You'll find Foster’s West Bay supermarket conveniently located nearby for all your daily needs. Explore the Cayman Turtle Centre to discover the island’s marine life or visit Dolphin Discovery for a unique experience interacting with dolphins. Seven Mile Beach is only a short drive away as well as Camana Bay with a huge array or shops restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

Getting Around Sunset Point: While a car is recommended to explore Grand Cayman, our location in West Bay offers convenient access to various transportation options. Public transportation, including buses (Bus numbers 1WB, 2WB and 3WB), are available to and from the property on North West Point Road, providing a cost-effective way to reach popular destinations. For those arriving by air, Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available at the airport. Parking is free for guests on the premises. Enjoy the freedom to explore the island at your own pace, whether by car, public transport, or taxi from our luxurious condo.



Other Things to Note:

Housekeeping: The condo will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. For longer stays, an interim cleaning can be arranged upon request (for an additional fee). We provide starter supplies (paper goods, soaps, etc.) and premium linens. A laundry room with washer and dryer is in-unit for your use.



Safety: For your peace of mind, Sunset Point is a gated property with security cameras in common areas. The unit has smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. The shoreline here is ironshore (rocky), so exercise caution when entering the water – we recommend water shoes and snorkeling with a buddy. There is ladder access to the sea via the dive site next door.



No Smoking/Pets: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo (you may do so in outdoor areas with doors closed). Unfortunately, pets are not permitted for short-term guests.



Please refer to the white folder on the coffee table in the condo for important information regarding your stay, including house rules, check-in/out procedures, and local recommendations. We want to ensure your stay is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. Check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. Smoking is not allowed and regrettably pets are not permitted.



Interaction with Guests:

We provide a meet-and-greet service upon your arrival to welcome you and answer any initial questions. We are available throughout your stay to assist with anything you may need. We are here to help make your vacation a memorable one. The In Resort Manager offers additional services and discount on watersports, which include diving, snorkeling, boating, fishing, kayaking etc.
