Guest Access:

The Guest has exclusive access to the entire apartment. The BBQ and beachfront area will be shared with other guests.

Seagull Condominiums is perfectly situated right on the world-famous Seven Mile Beach, often ranked among the best beaches in the world. This stunning stretch of soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, jet-skiing, paddleboarding, or simply soaking up the sun under a palm tree with a good book.



But the beach is just the beginning.



Just steps from your condo, you'll find an incredible variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Westshore Plaza and Galleria Plaza are right across the road and offer everything from casual cafes to sit-down restaurants, fast food options, a wine and spirits store, a yoga studio, and even a pharmacy and spa.



A 10-minute stroll, or 2-minute drive, brings you to Camana Bay, Grand Cayman's premier shopping, dining, and lifestyle destination. Getting Around:

Everything you need is nearby but you can rent a car to explore or hop on an electric bike, e-scooter, taxis or public bus.



Other Things to Note:

If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$250 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.



This rental does not have a smart TV with streaming services but has cable TV.



Please note that there are 2 inflatable mattresses: 1 Queen sized which is suitable for an adult and another smaller one that is suitable for children younger than 10 years old.



We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
