### THE SPACE

This bright third-floor condo is designed for comfortable indoor-outdoor island living.

The spacious open-concept living and dining area features vaulted wood ceilings, comfortable seating, a large sofa and an impressive 98-inch television. Sliding glass doors open onto a private, ocean-facing covered balcony — a wonderful spot for morning coffee, fresh sea breezes or a quiet evening overlooking the water and tropical surroundings.

The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new, high-end appliances and everything you need for a self-catering stay, including:

Lighthouse Point is especially well suited to divers and snorkelers, with direct access to the Caribbean and one of Grand Cayman’s distinctive underwater attractions located just offshore.

A natural sea pool and oceanfront dock provide access to the water for swimming, snorkeling and shore diving when sea and weather conditions allow. The surrounding reef lies within a marine protected area and is home to a variety of marine life.

Just offshore is **The Guardian of the Reef**, an impressive underwater statue and one of Grand Cayman’s unique underwater attractions. It adds something particularly memorable for divers staying at Lighthouse Point and makes the property an excellent base for exploring the island beneath the surface as well as above it.

Divetech, a full-service dive operator located on-site, offers equipment rentals, shore dives, boat dives and other diving services. A dedicated private dive locker is also available on the ground floor, providing a secure and convenient place to store diving and snorkeling equipment throughout your stay.

VIVO, Lighthouse Point’s oceanfront restaurant, is conveniently located downstairs, making it easy to enjoy a meal or drink without leaving the property.

The shoreline directly in front of Lighthouse Point is rocky rather than sandy, offering dramatic coastal scenery and convenient access to the sea. Guests looking for a traditional sandy beach will find several options within a short drive.

Lighthouse Point is a quiet, well-maintained oceanfront property, ideal for guests seeking a peaceful island stay with convenient access to diving, snorkeling, dining and West Bay attractions.

The condo is located on the **third floor and is accessed by three flights of stairs. The building does not have an elevator.**

There is no traditional freshwater swimming pool on the property. Instead, guests have access to the natural sea pool and oceanfront dock. Sea conditions vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions, so swimming, snorkeling and diving access may occasionally be limited.

The shoreline is rocky rather than sandy. Guests looking for a traditional sandy beach will find several beautiful options within a short drive.

The condo is self-catering and includes a fully equipped kitchen. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and other everyday conveniences are available nearby.
