« Kitchen had some issues that should be addressed. The frying pan need to be replaced with ones with non stick surfaces. Poor lighting in kitchen. Coffee pot spout was chipped when we arrived. Otherwise, the accomodation was fine. »

If this was out of your control I highly advise letting your next renter know. Honestly there were times when we would turn the faucet on a literally no water came out. »

« Near everything, airport, grocery, restaurants, activities and entertainments. Safe beach for everybody. The pool and the pool bar are a plus. The sunset unbelievable. The only negative point is that they should update the bathrooms in the condo. The housekeeper Jennifer and her team are very helpfull always smiling. The owners let us lots of informations and were easy to rejoin. »

« Super clean property! It is cleaner than my own home. Kitchen supplies is plenty and equipped with all appliances you need. Sun protection and bug spray are provided. Pool is nice and clean. Steps away from the beach! However, the seaweeds is piled on the beach, make the beach unusable. It is a local location, not a high end neighborhood! Designated parking is tiny, but you can park on visitor parking. »

« We had a wonderful week at Boggy Sands! It was a perfect condo for our multigenerational family. The location was great and very close to the beach (although the photos of the listing make it look like the condo is beachfront, it’s not). However, they do have a beach club that this stocked with chairs, floats and paddle boards with an attendant, which was SO nice! It was a 5 min walk from the condo to the beach. « What a great location right next to the beach and within walking distance of so many things. We saw several different beaches while we were here and this was definitely one of the best. Great swimming and snorkeling lots of fish. They have like an artificial reef. It’s debris you know out there big blocks or stones that have like coral growing on it and there’s fish everywhere.
