« The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy. The shower in the room was so small you struggled to move about and the shower gel provided even though smelt lovely was obviously watered down. « The cabin is situated in the most beautiful and peaceful area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the cabin really let it down. We bought a full shop on the way to check in, but we couldn’t use the oven as all the numbers had worn off around the dials. A lot of food and money wasted, which is frustrating as we booked this cabin over an alternative due to the kitchen. The crockery/cutlery/cookware were dirty. « No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. »

« Avoid at all costs, we arrive and left refusing to stay. "Glamping pod" was in a terrible condition, hardly cleaned and falling to bits. No towels provide, bed was unmade on arrival, hot tub was not cleaned let alone heated for arrival. Was definitely not as advertised, a break to relax and recharge. Shocked Expedia continue to list. »
