On the ground floor, you'll find the first two bedrooms, both doubles, with one offering direct access to the patio, where you can enjoy morning coffee while soaking in the garden views. There's also a convenient ground-floor shower room with a washing machine. Upstairs, the third bedroom, a cozy single, completes the accommodation, with a second shower room located nearby.



Outside, the patio is the perfect spot to relax on a summer's evening, and you may even spot some curious cattle grazing in the nearby fields. The barn includes private parking for up to two vehicles. One well-behaved dog is welcome, making this a fantastic choice for pet owners.
