« Certainly not a dream home. I don't like being critical, but also don't want others to be mislead.Everything in this unit is cheap and put together with scotch tape and lipstick. A shelf that was only taped to the wall fell down, the kitchen sink faucet mount turns when you use the water, there is a mere 18" of room to walk between the wall and the far side of the bed, the tiny couch is so low and no supportive that my back still isn't right. No dish rack, or dish cloth. Just a pad of steel wool...

"Bonjour , Très déçu de mon expérience. J’avais réservé une chambre à l’Hôtel Oakes aux chutes du Niagara plusieurs semaines à l’avance. Le jour de mon arrivée, l’hôtel m’a appelé à la dernière minute alors que j’étais au volant et je n’ai donc pas pu répondre. Une fois arrivé sur place, on m’a informé qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible pour moi et que ma réservation avait été transférée à un autre hôtel, le Hilton Niagara Falls. Cette situation m’a pris complètement par surprise et m’a causé beaucoup de stress après plusieurs heures de route. Même si l’hôtel de remplacement était correct, je trouve inacceptable d’apprendre à mon arrivée que l’hôtel où j’avais réservé n’est plus en mesure d’honorer ma réservation. Une meilleure communication et une confirmation préalable auraient été appréciées. Je ne suis pas satisfait de la gestion de cette réservation."
