Built or renovated in 2026, this 60 m² property offers a modern, comfortable living environment. The open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together and relaxing. Underfloor heating and high-quality vinyl design flooring create a particularly pleasant living atmosphere.



There are two bedrooms, plus a cozy king-size bed in the living area. In total, the accommodation can sleep up to 4 guests. The bathroom is modern and fully equipped with a shower, towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.



The 35 m² terrace, complete with patio furniture, offers additional space to relax. The accommodation is allergy-friendly and ideal for families.



Guest Access:

There is a free parking lot right in front of the accommodation, complete with an electric charging station (up to 11 kW). Bicycles can be parked on the terrace, which has a lockable entrance and an outlet for chargers.
