« We stayed here for two separate weekends over my daughter's graduation time. Basic, clean rooms. Family-owned and friendly service. I did ask for an extra pillow in a single queen bed-room (there were 3 pillows), and the owner would not give me one, saying they only offer 3 pillows in that room. Better customer service would have just been to give me the pillow. « Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have stayed at Flag Ship several times because it formerly offered pet-free rooms and spaces. I greatly appreciated this as I have severe allergies to all fur babies, even when just in close proximity to them. This time, I requested a pet free room away from pet-friendly rooms but had people on either side stay with their fur babies throughout the week. This was a bit disappointing. I hope this property will continue to offer pet-free rooms and spaces...
