« On my personal top-3 in Oregon. I always try to find a bad excuse to travel to Redmon just to spend a night in this hotel. I like everything: the building, the team, the rooms, the breakfasts. The hotel has been remodeled and is very design, with taste. I just feel good there. It was my 4th stay. Will return. »

Check-in pas accueillant, TV en panne et le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, il fallait être devant notre porte sur le parking pou avoir du réseau. « Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for? »

« The checkin was fast and the person who was there was very friendly. The room with double beds was nice and big enough. Beds were ok. The air conditionning was basic but it was working. There was a refrigarator and microwave in the room. The towels is the room were soft and clean it was nice. We were on the highway side but it was not too noisy for once. « We checked in late close to 9:40 pm. The indoor spas were closed , the outdoor pool and spa closed at 10pm. We didn’t get to use any amenities as it was late and we checked out early. The staff were friendly the Rooms were comfortable. We didn’t have much light in the room and the tv might have been disconnected when I tried but we were too lazy and tired after the drive to care. « What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« Brasada charged me the $150 incidental fee and will not refund me. I keep getting the run around. Its been over a month. My bank says brasada wont release the funds and THEY need to refund me. I call and get sent to a voicemail to leave messages that NEVER get replied too. Fraudulent charge, im going to have to report them to the BBB »
