The Nest Tiny Home is 160sf with awesome Views!

Summary:
The cutest tiny house! It sits at the top of a hill with beautiful views. You can see forever! It has all the amenities you need. Plus lots of fun stuff to do around the area. It is only 160sf so it fits 2 adults comfortably. You can sleep a couple of younger kids on the couch bed. It has a coffee maker, a toaster/air fryer oven, electric skillet, microwave and fridge. Plus a neat fireplace, a TV, WIFI, a queen bed loft and a comfy sofa bed.

The Space:
It is inside an RV park in the best spot with the best views. If needed there is also a laundry room, a fire pit, a grill, and a dog run.

Guest Access:
Once you pull into Eagle's Nest RV park follow the gravel road to the top of the hill. The tiny home is blue and next to the office. It looks like a shed from behind and the door faces the view not the road. Parking is on the right side.

The Neighborhood:
This tiny home sits atop of a hill over looking Mineral Wells and next to Mineral Wells State Park, the trailhead is cross the street. GREAT LOCATION! Also across the street from the Vietnam Museum, down the street from Clark Botanical Gardens and minutes to downtown Mineral Wells or Weatherford. Lots to do! Hiking, biking, swimming, boating, kayaking, rock climbing, rappelling, site seeing, eating, shopping and relaxing.

Getting Around:
You can enter the state park from the trailhead across the street or drive in through the gate a block down to the right. Walmart, CVS, hardware store, fast food, restaurants less than 5 min down the street. Downtown Mineral Wells is just down the street as well with a cute square to visit.
