Centrally located in Waverly, you're just a 20 minute drive to Brunswick, 30 minutes to Kingsland/St Marys and 45 minutes to Jacksonville FL.

The home sits on a peaceful, private lot surrounded by moss-draped live oaks and open marsh — ideal for birdwatching, stargazing, and soaking in the coastal scenery. It is important to note there is another home on the property that is also rented out periodically.

Lockbox code will be provided for an easy, contactless check in.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Waverly, this home is perfect for those that enjoy peace, quiet and a tranquil escape.



Other Things to Note:

There is ample parking for 2 vehicles + a trailer or boat. If you are unsure whether the home can accommodate your situation and have additional cars, please inquire.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
