Cottage House avec vue incroyable sur le lac

Cette fantastique maison de campagne a une vue magnifique sur le lac Seneca! Une promenade pratique de 10 minutes le long du lac vers les restaurants du centre-ville de Watkins Glen et les magasins et destinations touristiques.
La maison a un salon, un salon comprenant une X-box et des jeux, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, une salle Ă  manger, 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain complĂštes. Vous pouvez dormir confortablement 10 personnes! Deux chambres avec lits doubles Ă  l'Ă©tage. Une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux au premier Ă©tage et une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s avec un lit double et un lit superposĂ© au large de la salle Ă  manger qui comprend une tĂ©lĂ©vision et sa propre salle de bain et sortie! Cette maison est idĂ©ale pour les familles ou les groupes qui souhaitent profiter du lac et des vignobles de la rĂ©gion, explorer le village, le parc d'État de Watkins Glen ou la piste de course internationale de Watkins Glen. Passez la journĂ©e en ville, puis dĂ©tendez-vous sur la terrasse extĂ©rieure avec un verre de vin surplombant le magnifique lac Seneca. Grand parking sur la propriĂ©tĂ© et la rue adjacente Ă  la maison.

Watkins Glen Charmer

This property is located within walking distance to a marina that has boat rentals, downtown and has breathtaking water views.The house is full of charm and character, it’s simply lovely.The host is organized, a great communicator and shared a lot around the best local flavors. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere but here when I visit again.

Our group of 8 (FFL) had a great stay. Although there isn't direct water access the view makes up for it. Lovely setting and only a mile from downtown Watkins Glen .We enjoyed our Cycle Boat tour with great music, snacks and libation. Julie is a great host, bubbly and welcoming. The cottage is sparkling clean, everything is labeled so an easy find. We all agreed we would return. Thanks, Julie.

Wonderful house with a view

Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything was just as described in the listing. Julie provided information on restaurants and all the local attractions; she was the best host ever! Watkins Glen State Park is spectacular and the entrance is right in town. The waterfalls around the area were amazing. I highly recommend this house and the host. We are so glad we stayed here.

We had an amazing graduation weekend at this property. Super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space and seating. It was a 40 minute drive to Cornell but it was definitely worth the commute. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!!

This house was so charming, with beautiful views of the lake in the fall, and lots of beds for a group trip. Perfect location for being close to town, local hiking, and all of the wineries. Another Amazing Stay

I have stayed at Julie's place several times and each time it is perfect! I highly recommend this house. It is a great location to explore Watkins Glen and the surrounding wineries. Julie's hospitality is wonderful, the beds are comfortable and she has thought of all the little details to make your time at the house enjoyable.

Fabulous option for a stay in Watkins Glen

Our group of 5 had a wonderful 4 night stay. Julie is a fantastic host who is extremely communicative and responsive. The location is quiet, but easily walkable down to the resort and the town. The house is a gem with several terrific indoor and outdoor spaces for lazy mornings or intimate evenings overlooking the South end of the lake. The house is well-equipped with the location of everything you need clearly labeled, and lots of information posted with options for activities / things to see. Highly recommended

Beautiful Property

Julie was extremely helpful and organized when I was planning our girls trip. She gave countless suggestions for activities! When we arrived, everything was labeled and clean. There were lists of suggestions in the home for drivers and activities to do while staying. One of my favorite parts of this house was waking up in the morning to a beautiful lake view. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I would love to visit again! I appreciate all the help and tips from Julie. I definitely recommend this beautiful home and location for a vacation.

Girls Trip

Had an amazing week staying at Julie’s property in Watkins Glen. The house is near town and you can even walk there which was an added bonus. Julie was a great host and very responsive. My only minor complaint was there isn’t a ton of sitting room in the living room for our larger group of 7 women and the dining room chairs could use some updating but other than that the home was beautifully decorated and Julie has made an amazing effort to make sure we had all the things we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The perfect place!

This little slice of heaven has so much cool history! It makes it even sweeter that Julie opens her home for others to experience. She knows how to host and make you feel right at home. Everything is clearly labeled to find. It was super clean and we appreciated having shampoo and other toiletries available for our use. The views off the front deck are spectacular! Some of our group rose early to watch the sunrise. We didn’t use the fire pit but it’s so cozy on the deck that we decided to skip going out to eat in the second night and just enjoy. I did reach out to our host while there and she was very prompt and sweet on her responses. This is a fabulous place that we look forward to visiting again!
