« l'hôtel est de très bonne qualité. le seul reproche est que la chambre n'était pas faite après un départ à 10h ou 10h30 le matin. C'est impecacable pour les gens en businees trip mais pas pour les personnes en vancances avec leur famille. dommage car le reste est de très bonne qualité. séjour très agréable malgré tout. »

They still had two of the exact room available for the day I needed and they were of no help. Would not offer me a refund or to just use that day's balance towards the date I actually needed.
