C'est un ranch somptueux sans égal pour l'authenticité occidentale et l'élégance rustique. Magnifique meuble design. Situé à Water Mill et entouré de près de 50 hectares de nature intacte, de paddocks et de sentiers d'équitation, cette propriété privée clé en main clé en main offre une période de location mémorable et est disponible toute l'année (y compris le Hampton Classic). Tout ce que vous avez à apporter est votre brosse à dents (mais même cela est fourni)! Vous pouvez même amener votre cheval, le long ... un stand est disponible.
    C'est l'endroit le plus magique pour passer vos week-ends, les vacances de Thanksgiving et de Noël et les vacances d'été. C'est une expérience unique dans la vie!

The pictures really don't do this place justice. It's bigger than we anticipated and really has 2 master suites. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and watching the horses. Very peaceful get away.

Hamptons Ranch Oasis

We had an amazing weekend at Jill’s ranch. There were 7 of us - 4 adults and 3 teens. Everything was clean and well equipped - whether making meals, watching movies, enjoying morning coffee on the porch while watching horses, it was lovely. Jill and her property manager were available at check-in and for any questions. Highly recommend staying here.

An amazing experience right from the start. The owner left us a care package of goodies, and the house was better than the pictures. I don't believe there's another house like this in Hamptons. When you wake up and you sip your coffee on the deck with a playful horse in the distance, it is one of those moments you will remember and yourself.. Are we really in the Hamptons?Everything was beyond expectations, and i could have spent the year there. I can't wait to go back, it might even be this fall and winter because this spacious home will be beautiful during every season and is the perfect to getaway. Thank you!

Spectacular home : extraordinary host.

This is truly 'Yellowstone' in the estate section of Water Mill. The home is spectacular with soaring ceilings, unbelievable craftsman construction, every room grandly commodious and functionally perfect. The porches are grand and with the horses grazing, so peaceful and relaxing. We dined grandly under the elk horn chandelier each evening after a late day swim in the pool. Host and staff are attentive, gracious and went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable.

Idyllic Paradise Found

The glamorous Montana Ranch born again in the middle of the Hamptons woods. Replete with Horses, turkeys and modernized with cetral A C and heated swimming pool , an overflowing fountain greeted us to this majestic cabin/mansion. We immediately felt at home by the responsive host Jill and her trusty ranch hand Pepe. Anything can be done from this location,; Sag Harbor, the beach; and some of our favorite restaurants are 10 minutes away . We greatly look forward to returning to this comfortable well thought out vacation home.

We loved our stay at the Ranch!

We did not know exactly what to expect when we booked a Montana style ranch in the Hamptons. What we got was all we could have wanted in a family vacation. From waking up to a beautiful horse at the front steps to the earm and unique decor of the western style home, we enjoyed every minute. The beaches were close and the local scenery was amazing. We were blessed to have near perfect weather the whole trip and Pepe was there to answer all our questions. This would be a great experience for anyone wanting both a back to nature trip, while just a few miles from some of the best beaches we’ve ever seen. We hope to come back soon!

This property is unlike anywhere I have ever stayed. As soon as the gates open you are transported to another world. The pictures don’t event do the house justice it is like staying in a museum with beautiful artwork and artifacts everywhere. The property is also perfect located near both sag harbor & Southampton with so many great restaurants and shops. My whole family had an amazing time including my dog! To be able to share this and bring him along was incredible he got to get up close and meet one of the horses on the property. This is really a wonderful home spacious and I hope to come back again. The accommodations are wonderful spacious kitchen and there’s outdoor dinning area that’s wonderful to sit for breakfast and watch the horses graze. There’s always a lovely swing on the deck for outdoor star gazing. It’s so different than anything else in the area and the owner & property staff were wonderfully attentive and helpful.

I really felt like we went to heaven! This is the most magnificent, tranquil and breathtaking property we have ever seen! Every detail from the minute you drive in is absolute PERFECTION! This one of a kind western Wonderland with stunning design and décor, the spectacular grounds, the beautiful horses, and the wonderful wildlife made this a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget! Plus: We were treated like royalty with every one of our needs attended to as if we were staying in a five star hotel! I cannot say enough great things about this property! And we cannot wait to come back to this magical gem in the Hamptons! If there were a way to give this 10 stars I would!

Magical Experience

Yellowstone in the Hamptons is an extraordinary place. It is unexpected and wonderful, anchored by a spectacular log home, immaculately and thoughtfully furnished. The attention to detail is notable. The experience extends beyond the house. The Last Buck Ranch boasts some beautiful, friendly, and carrot-loving horses. Deer also grace the property. The property manager, Pepe, made us feel so welcome, greeting us warmly, giving us an extensive tour, and offering his assistance to make ours a memorable stay. Our only lament is that our visit was all too brief. Had our respective schedules aligned, we certainly would have extended our visit.

Watermill Privacy and Perfection

This property was amazing and was just what I was looking for in a private Hamptons retreat. Jill was so easy to communicate with through the entire process, and she was even there to greet us when we checked in to give a tour and even left us a basket of snacks to enjoy. The property was pretty spectacular......acres of privacy with a great pool that was clean and spacious. The house had tons of room and was so clean. Horses ran around in their fenced in areas and greeted us throughout the day, and the property manager was even willing to let us meet them and pet them if we wanted. Even though the house is secluded in total privacy, it's still a very short drive to town and the beaches, so it's very convenient. This house would be great for a family trip, a getaway with friends, or even for a business event. There is really nothing bad to say about it.

This is an extraordinary property--25 acres surrounded by 25 acres of wildlife preserve, all of it covered in glorious trees, populated by cotton tail deer, wild turkeys, woodpeckers and countless songbirds. The beauty takes our breath away every morning. Five handsome horses, picturesque stables, a lovely groundsman who takes care of your every need, a host who is super kind, unobtrusive, yet on-the-spot responsive. The house is a magnificent labor of love by the host who created it, with every single detail in keeping with a Montana aesthetic. It may not be the typical Hamptons beach house, but it is the most comfortable and satisfying house ever. Beds and pillows are heavenly for sleeping. Bathrooms are stunning. Chairs and sofas are incredibly inviting. There's an outdoor fireplace that's awesome. There's a swimming pool nestled on an emerald grass lawn. And the silence! It's almost like a narcotic it's so powerful. A few things to know: if you like black out sleeping, this is not your place. No window coverings anywhere, which lets in the light and the trees, so bring your sleep mask. If you're a gourmet chef, you might want to bring your own kitchen accoutrements; this is a decently equipped but not lavishly equipped kitchen.

Yellowstone in the Hamptons is absolute perfection!

This year we spent weeks looking for something special to wrap the summer, something to call home for a week that would be both exciting an entirely new. The moment we saw the pictures of The Last Buck Ranch online we were mesmerized! There is no shortage of homes on VRBO, but there is nothing quite like The Last Buck Ranch! The longest gated driveway you're ever likely to experience sets the tone for the home that awaits your arrival as it takes you from the back roads and fields of the Hamptons to Montana, Wyoming, or Colorado. When the driveway delivers you from your journey the home reveals itself in a scale that you couldn't have imagine, and upon arriving at the front door and eventually the foyer you realize that despite the scale, the home welcomes you with a warmth and charm that is the result of Jill's love and passion for her home, it's land, and it's heritage. Good luck choosing your room, where you'll want to sit, or what you'll want to look at, we spent a week at The Last Buck Ranch and everyday we discovered something new. No detail of this home was rushed or overlooked, every square inch is authentic and truly inspiring. Thank you Jill for a week in your wonderful home, we'll never forget it and we're already planning our return. Special thanks to Pepe, the on site caretaker who was beyond lovely and always available. Shortly after we woke each day Pepe had a horse grazing in a paddock just outside the house. Everything was beyond perfect, thank you!

An unbelievable experience!

We stayed at this amazing property over New Years and had a wonderful experience. The house is absolutely gorgeous and is designed and decorated impeccably. It was spotless when we arrived and we found the house comfortable and homey. The owner Jill was friendly, kind and very responsive. The property manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure one of the horses was right outside our house in the morning so we could enjoy. It truly is a one of a kind property not to be missed! Highly recommend!

Such a memorable weekend!

We visited this wonderful home as a surprise for a weekend getaway for my husbands birthday. It was a perfect and memorable weekend. Jill was an amazing host! The house itself is one of the most beautiful architecturally designed homes we’ve been to. There is so much attention to detail. The grounds are so well kept and perfect to take a long walk or see the horses. Plus it is so centrally located to the many towns in the Hamptons. Jill was available 24 / 7 to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. I can’t recommend her home enough!

The most luxurious cabin out there

It’s called a cabin, but it’s nicer than a five star hotel. You are on 25 acres of land with beautiful horses right outside your window. Jill is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We can not wait to go back
