My favourite place to stay of ALL TIME. Not just in Bangkok, not just in Asia, but worldwide. The Aiden was luxurious without being pretentious. Old school glamour. The staff were friendly and attentive. Cannot recommend highly enough

This is good for Airport and for the SkyTrain. Ratchapraprop is an up and coming area, underrated. Hotel is quite smart and clean. Got a handy cafe bar in the lobby. Lobby will offer bottled water to a limit free of charge with the room. The Ratchapraprop SkyTrain station is a short walk about 2-3 minutes. The main strip is full of restaurants and shops with 7-11 one block away. Take a photo of Bangkok iconic traffic from Ratchapraprop SkyTrain mezzanine level. Also Ratchapraprop is home to the Thai Railways loco and carriage works. There is no longer a station for Thai Rail at Ratchapraprop... It might be informal stops but no platform or station so to speak. Nearest is Phaya Thai station linked by SkyTrain. There is really nice cosy pool outside the hotel building. Well deserved dip in the pool is well recommended in the sunny Thai weather.
