A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

A car is required to get around, and AWD is handy in the winter in Alaska.

We are on a well and septic tank, so please don`t flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets.

The outdoor area is private, but because the home is in a neighborhood and we want to be good neighbors, there are quiet hours outside after 9pm.

For the protection and safety of the home owners & guests, this home is equipped with outdoor security cameras that take active video and audio recordings at the front of the house.
• All vehicles must fit in the driveway. In order to be good neighbors, we don`t allow guests or visitors to park on the street.
• Please keep overnight guest numbers the same as your reservation and let us know if plans change.
• Please keep noise low outdoors between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed unless otherwise pre-approved.
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts and keep exterior doors and windows closed while smoking so smoke doesn’t enter the home.
• Please treat the home with care and report any damage or maintenance needs.
• Please do not unplug or disable safety equipment, including smoke & carbon monoxide detectors.
