When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.

Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, a heated pool with a 3 story water slide, a splash pad, two hot tubs, and two pickle ball courts. The amenities are open year round from 10am to 10pm and available on a first come basis. This home is conveniently located directly across from the neighborhood amenities which are just a short walk across the street.
