When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.

A two and a half -car garage, driveway, and neighborhood guest parking will give you and your guests all the space to come and go as you please!

The open concept living space is a cozy place to relax after a day of adventure. The 70” smart TV will stream your favorite shows. The fiber speed wireless internet will support streaming and Zoom at the same time with unlimited usage. Need to send a few emails or work from a spreadsheet? The desk in the master will allow you to efficiently finish work and get back to play!
When you grow hungry, don't hesitate to head into the fully equipped kitchen! Create favorites or new dishes alike with ease utilizing the stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, toaster, crockpot, griddle, and drip coffee makers. Once everything is ready, gather around the dining table to savor the spread.

This home is set-up for a family vacation with accommodations for all ages. The bunkroom sleeps four with two full over full bunk beds. There is a pack-n-play in the master closet. The private backyard or neighborhood pickle ball courts are a great places for kids to get their wiggles out. The game cabinet has a mix of board games, card games, and puzzles or you can take the party outside for a corn hole match.

Unwind in the spacious master suite with a private bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub for two. The suite is equipped with a 55” Samsung smart TV and desk. If you’re traveling with multiple families, the queen bedroom is a nice second master with a full closet and 55” Samsung Smart TV.

Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, a heated pool with a 3 story water slide, a splash pad, two hot tubs, and two pickle ball courts. The amenities are open year round from 10am to 10pm and available on a first come basis.
